The philanthropy work done by 'Daya Drishti Charitable Trust' set up in 2006 with him as the chairman looks with an eye of empathy while rendering very commendable medical treatment to the under-privileged. In 2007 the doctor initiated the 'casualty & accident relief services' called 'CARS' that stationed ambulances on the highways. For this service he was awarded the UP Ratna. His passion for Indian theatre motivated him to form RANGVINAYAK and organize grand mega events -‘THEATRE FESTS’ from past 8 years that have now become 13 day affair every year in January.

To inculcate and develop love and interest for theatre in children Dr. Singh has been organizing THEATRE WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN from past 6 years in which children of 7-15 years are trained by expert theatre artists from NSD and MUMBAI so that they can learn the different on-stage and backstage techniques and later on take up theatre as their career.

Moving ahead in this direction, to promote, help and support the young and talented artists in and around Bareilly above 16 years of age, a theatre repertory RANG VINAYAK RANGMANDAL was formed under guidance of Dr. B.
